Are you paying for leads, or is your team or your brokerage? Many companies out there make their money by referring buyers to agents, from whom they collect a large referral fee. None of these companies (many of which tout their commitment to “transparency” and consumer empowerment) disclose this clearly.

How many calls do you get a month or emails from companies trying to sell you leads. Google houses for sale in London and you will see a few companies that all they do is the spend thousands on Google, are not Realtors and then refer who ever has clicked on the pictures to you and how many others?
The quality of these leads suck and sucks your bank account. Don’t do that.
