Are you familiar with the 80/20 principle(Pareto’s Law)? The 80/20 rule? As a Realtor, 80% of your buyers and sellers will come from 20% of your contacts or daily activities.
Or, 80% of challenges will come from 20% of the people you choose to work with!
It may not be 80/20, it can be 90/10 or 85/15, but whatever it is, if you look very closely at every dollar spent, minute spent, and frustration spent, you will find the 80/20 principle in play.
Once you see it clearly, your business should double within one year! If it does not, what 80% are you doing wrong or 20% of what you are doing or saying causing you 80% of your anguish?
Remember: If you are unhappy with where you are, you must do something you have never done before; a rut is a coffin with both ends open!
